Before ordering Plug and Play sensors we strongly recommend checking your set to see if your plugs are glued. Our testing has reviewed that at some point, plugs were dabbed with a small bit of rubber cement at the factory. You can still unplug these as well but great care is needed. The large majority of sets in circulation are not assembled using this method. Again, please check before you order.

For all warranty returns, the original sensor must be returned along with a self addressed stamped envelope to DrumSensor.com at the address below. The replacement sensor will be sent to you promptly in the envelope/ packaging that you provide. Modification to the sensor or misuse of the sensor will be grounds for warranty claim dismissal and your sensor will be returned to you.
